Success of Program
I will consider the calculators a successful addition when students start using them. Being familiar/comfortable using a high end graphing calculator will make complex math tasks more accessible, and chair pads will make the seating more physically comfortable while working.
Implementation
The grant will be implemented immediately, offering more calculators and seat cushions for students on a first come first serve basis.

Calculators are mainly a math tool, but could be used around the campus. I'm asking for 16 chair pads, which probably won't leave many for other classes. Additional packs could be ordered to increase supply.
