We would like a new Lat machine for the fitness room. Ours is in need of replacement, it is about 30 years old and has broken weight plates.

Benefits of Program
All the 7th and 8th graders use the Fitness Room. It will benefit all the students in these grades.
Success of Program
The use of the fitness room benefits students confidence and their self-esteem. It is an added part of our program that encourages listening to your body and setting goals for yourself. It gives the students a variety of exercises, not just team sports.
Implementation
We will implement the machine at our school site as soon as possible.

Sustainability
It is fully sustainable. We will not need additional funding to continue the grant.
