The science big books are an integral teaching tool for our life sciences standards. We use the books to validate what we know as well as find information that is new to us. The information we gather is used throughout the animal unit and across the subject areas.

The objective of providing this monthly magazine is to improve reading comprehension, while stimulating interest in current events, history, and science.
