This grant is asking for a full set of Marcy Cook activity tile packets. They are interactive, hands-on activities where students use the visual information provided to manipulate number values to make true equations. They progress from the most basic concept of one-to-one correspondence and go up to algebraic thinking.

Truckee high currently has a two course series available for elective credit; Principles of Biomedical Science and Human Body Systems.
